Overview
An organization is seeking an Immigration Business Partner (IBP) to join their Embedded Services team. This role addresses the challenge of HR teams spending excessive time on immigration administration, such as managing spreadsheets, coordinating with hiring managers, and manually tracking deadlines.
The IBP will work closely with a dedicated attorney and paralegal as part of a client team, taking ownership of operational and coordination tasks typically handled by in-house HR. This close collaboration enables anticipation of needs, early issue identification, and delivery beyond what traditional immigration vendors provide.
The IBP will serve as the day-to-day immigration manager for leading immigration programs, acting as a liaison between clients, the legal team, and the technology platform. This position is ideal for someone with experience managing immigration in-house at a fast-paced tech company who is ready to apply that expertise across multiple clients. The role involves pioneering this new position and establishing standards for future IBPs.
Additionally, the IBP will focus on building scalable solutions by leveraging AI tools and workflow automation to reduce manual work, document repeatable processes, and accelerate service delivery for new clients.
