Legal Intake Specialist (Bilingual English/Spanish) - 12PM-10PM EST

Overview

This role is part of the organization’s 24/7 client intake team. Intake Specialists are the first voice potential clients hear, responsible for building trust quickly, qualifying cases, and helping eligible clients complete sign-up efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls for multiple law firms with empathy and professionalism
• Qualify cases and confirm eligibility using defined criteria and a working understanding of personal injury cases
• Guide clients through the sign-up process and secure retainers
• Hand off cases to attorneys and lead paralegals with complete and accurate information
• Maintain strong responsiveness to build trust with every partner

Schedule

• Monday – Friday, 12:00PM – 10:00PM EST

Requirements

• 5+ years in client-facing intake or sales roles, ideally in legal services
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly
• Ability to lead conversations with empathy while maintaining control of the call
• Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using a soft sales approach to help people understand how a lawyer can best help with their situation

Compensation & Benefits

• $55,000 – $75,000 annual salary + equity
