Responsibilities

Manage construction defect and general liability litigation cases from inception through resolution
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and legal correspondence
Conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, and assist with trial preparation
Develop case strategies, maintain client communication, and meet litigation deadlines
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient case handling and reporting

Requirements

Active license in good standing with a U.S. state bar
Experience handling construction defect and general liability litigation
Strong skills in motion practice, depositions, and discovery
Ability to independently manage a full caseload in a remote work environment
Excellent written communication, organizational, and case management skills

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary ranging from $125,000 to $200,000 depending on experience
Monthly production bonus
100% employer-paid Kaiser health insurance after 90 days
401(k) plan with 3% profit sharing after 1 year
Flexible paid time off (PTO)

Additional Information

This is a fully remote position
The role requires meeting a consistent monthly billable target of 160 hours
