Iowa Licensed Workers’ Compensation Litigation Attorney (Remote)

Overview

A nationwide law firm is seeking an Iowa licensed attorney with a minimum of 5 years of litigation experience to assist with workers’ compensation matters. This is a contract engagement available on a part-time or full-time basis, working remotely.

Responsibilities

• Handle general case workup activities including written discovery, motion work, depositions, and trial preparation related to Iowa workers’ compensation litigation matters.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in Iowa
• At least 5 years of legal experience in workers’ compensation litigation
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Strong academic credentials
• Outstanding professional references

Compensation & Benefits

• Annualized compensation ranges from $170,000 to $200,000 on a full-time basis, depending on experience, qualifications, credentials, and location
• W2 employment status
