Junior Attorney

Overview

A growing labor and employment law firm is seeking a fully remote Entry-Level Attorney / First-Year Associate licensed and residing in California. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with potential conversion to a permanent role after 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support and services in labor and employment law matters
• Assist with workers' compensation cases
• Collaborate with the legal team remotely

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in California (CA Bar license)
• Residence in California
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Interest in employment law and/or workers' compensation
• Willingness to work on a 3-month contract before potential conversion to a permanent position

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly rate between $40 and $45
