Junior Attorney

Overview

A growing labor and employment law firm is seeking a fully remote Entry-Level Attorney / First-Year Associate licensed and residing in California. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with potential for conversion to a permanent role after 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support and services related to labor, employment law, and workers' compensation matters.
• Work collaboratively with the legal team on various employment law cases.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in California (CA Bar license).
• Reside in California.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Interest in employment law and/or workers' compensation.
• Willingness to work on a 3-month contract before potential conversion to a permanent position.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly rate between $40 and $45.
