Labor & Employment Partner, Environmental/OSHA

Overview

A national labor and employment law firm is seeking an experienced attorney partner focused on environmental workplace safety. This role advises business clients on compliance matters and supports clients through permitting and challenges involving the EPA.

Responsibilities

• Advise companies on environmental workplace safety regulations and compliance obligations.
• Handle permitting matters related to environmental workplace safety.
• Respond to challenges involving the EPA on behalf of clients.

Requirements

• 10 or more years of experience practicing as an environmental lawyer, with a focus on workplace safety regulations.
• Experience handling permitting and responding to EPA challenges.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Experience at an AmLaw firm or boutique law firm.
• Portable book of business of approximately:
  • $500,000 for consideration as an income partner, or
  • $1,000,000 for consideration as an equity partner.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $200,000 to $350,000 annually.
• Partner opportunity may be at the income or equity level, depending on portable business.
