Law Clerk - Work Accident Subrogation (PA Remote)

Overview

This opportunity offers hands-on legal experience in a specialized area of law, working closely with experienced attorneys and legal professionals. The role provides mentorship, professional development, and exposure to complex, high-value recovery matters on a national scale within a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all phases of legal matters, including fact investigation and expert development
• Draft pleadings, conduct discovery, and prepare settlement demands
• Participate in mediation and potential trial preparations
• Manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines effectively
• Collaborate with partners and associates within the Work Accident Subrogation practice group

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an evening Pennsylvania law school program
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines
• Litigation or investigative experience preferred but not required
• Only part-time/evening law school students will be considered for this position

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in litigation or investigative roles within a legal context
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Interest in subrogation law and workplace accident claims
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Demonstrated commitment to client service and ethical practice
