Overview

A remote opportunity is available for experienced U.S.-licensed lawyers to contribute legal expertise to the development of next-generation artificial intelligence systems. This contractor role offers flexible hours and competitive compensation ranging from USD 140 to 350 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive legal analysis across various U.S. law topics
• Perform in-depth legal research
• Draft, review, and edit legal documents including contracts, memoranda, and legal opinions
• Evaluate legal content for clarity, accuracy, and quality
• Collaborate remotely with multidisciplinary teams
• Contribute to quality assurance by identifying errors, inconsistencies, and ambiguities in legal materials

Requirements

• Active U.S. license to practice law
• Strong legal research, analysis, and drafting skills
• Experience reviewing complex legal documents
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Conversational English proficiency
