Legal Case Manager - Lemon Law

Overview

This role is for a proactive, organized, detail-oriented Case Manager to join a fully remote team supporting Lemon Law and Personal Injury cases. The position involves coordinating client cases, maintaining accurate documentation, monitoring case progress, and ensuring timely communication between clients, attorneys, and other relevant parties.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing professional and timely updates through phone and email.
• Guide clients through each stage of their case, explaining processes clearly and maintaining strong communication.
• Conduct case reviews to ensure eligibility and confirm that all necessary information and documentation have been obtained.
• Organize and maintain case files, ensuring client information and legal documents are accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
• Coordinate appointments, legal deadlines, and follow-ups to move cases forward efficiently.
• Negotiate client settlements to maximize client recovery and attorney’s fees to ensure client fees are funded in settlements.
• Draft, prepare, and assist in filing legal documents to support attorneys and streamline case handling.
• Provide exceptional customer service by building trust, addressing concerns, and maintaining client satisfaction throughout the legal process.

Requirements

• Previous case management experience preferred.
• Paralegal, legal assistant, or law firm experience is a strong advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple cases, prioritize competing deadlines, and follow through on tasks.
• Comfortable using digital case management systems, online documentation tools, and remote communication platforms.
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and collaborate with a distributed team.

Compensation & Benefits

• $22–24/hour (based on skills and experience) for a full-time, 40-hour workweek.
