Legal Consultant - Payments (Commercial)

Overview

A global fintech client is seeking a Legal Consultant - Payments Counsel to provide legal support across commercial operations and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Deliver legal support for day-to-day commercial operations, including corporate and cross-border matters across multiple jurisdictions
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial contracts and related documentation
• Provide legal support on strategic business initiatives
• Collaborate closely with internal teams in a fast-paced, evolving environment to anticipate and manage legal risk

Minimum Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with 4–8+ years post-qualification experience (PQE), including in-house or law firm experience in payments or fintech
• Proven ability to draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements
