Legal Consultant - PRC Qualified, Hong Kong (Part-time)

Overview

The organization is seeking a Legal Consultant (PRC qualified) to provide part-time support to Fortune 500 clients from Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside the legal and business teams of Fortune 500 clients to provide commercially tailored legal support.
• Draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts and provide legal support on corporate transactions.
• Maintain and update documentation in line with the most recent regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Ideally 2–6 (+) years’ PQE with PRC qualifications.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, or advising on commercial contracts, gained either within private practice or in-house.
• Excellent Mandarin capabilities (written and spoken).
