Legal Expert - Freelance (German speaker)

Overview

This role is for a Freelance Legal Expert supporting contract analysis work on a temporary, project-based basis. Assignments focus on reviewing and processing a high volume of contracts, helping improve AI capabilities through annotation-based categorization.

Responsibilities

Legal Expert tasks may include:

• Summarizing legal documents
• Identifying key elements in contracts
• Interacting with AI-powered chatbot systems
• Reading, analyzing, and categorizing contract content by following clear instructions
• Asking questions when clarification is needed to ensure accuracy

Requirements

• Professional proficiency in German
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Private Law
• Ability to read and analyze contracts
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow clear instructions
• Willingness to ask questions when needed
• Passion for exploring new fields and industries

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant experience from prior roles or projects demonstrating contract analysis and legal document review
