Litigation Associate Attorney

Overview

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation matters and take initiative in handling cases
• Draft dispositive motions
• Take and defend depositions
• Produce excellent written work product and analytical analysis for case strategy and development

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent writing and analytical skills
• Experience taking and defending depositions
• Experience drafting dispositive motions
• Admitted to practice in California

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with public entity litigation

Compensation & Benefits

• Reasonably expected pay scale: $137,000 - $185,000
• Actual salary within that range will depend on the selected candidate’s years of practice and experience
