Litigation (Partner)

Overview

An international full-service law firm is seeking senior lawyers to join its collaborative and modern legal practice. The firm advises businesses and individuals across multiple jurisdictions, combining technical expertise with commercial insight. It operates with a global presence in over 25 jurisdictions and a network of more than 360 partners.

Responsibilities

• Run and grow your own legal practice within a supportive international firm infrastructure
• Manage your practice autonomously, with flexibility over work location, schedule, and methods
• Collaborate across borders and benefit from a strong referral culture
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Contribute to a collaborative and supportive international legal community

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years post-qualification experience as a lawyer
• Recognized expertise in your legal field, with experience from leading BigLaw, national or international firms, senior in-house roles, or established boutique/independent practices
• Active bar license in any state with no restrictions
• Willingness to operate on a self-employed basis
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ambition to run and grow your own practice, either individually or by building a team
• Client-centric approach with an established or developing client following
• Collaborative attitude valuing teamwork and opportunity sharing

Recruitment Process

1. Introductory video call with Talent Acquisition
2. First meeting with senior management in the relevant jurisdiction
3. Second meeting with another management team member or colleague from a relevant location or practice area
4. Background checks
5. Onboarding and training on systems, including introductions to support teams (marketing, accounts, technology)

Meetings may be virtual or in person depending on candidate location and availability.
