Overview

This role involves joining a matrimonial and family law practice based in New York as an attorney handling a caseload from initial consultation through trial. The position is full-time and remote, with required court appearances.

Matters are handled in Supreme Court and Family Court in Queens, Kings, New York, and Bronx Counties, and in Nassau County. Attorneys work closely with the firm’s principal and senior attorneys, with real responsibility for clients and court appearances from the outset, and the expectation of progressing into fully independent first-chair trial work.
