Remote Bilingual Client Intake Specialist (English/Spanish)

Overview

This role is for a remote bilingual intake specialist supporting personal injury law firm intake processes. You will contact people who have already reached out following an accident and guide them step by step through signing the retainer agreement.

Responsibilities

• Call individuals who have already contacted partner law firms after an accident
• Build trust, answer questions patiently, and guide clients step by step through signing the retainer agreement by phone and e-signature
• Speak with clients in English and Spanish
• Make some outbound calls to US law firms

Requirements

• Proven phone sales or closing experience
• Fluent English and Spanish
• Stable internet and a quiet place to work
• Availability during US Pacific business hours

Preferred Qualifications

• Legal intake or personal injury experience (plus, but not required)

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: about USD 1,200–1,500 per month (base pay plus a bonus per lead)
