Responsibilities

• Represent clients in Workers' Compensation defense cases
• Draft legal documents
• Attend hearings, virtually when possible
• Collaborate effectively while working remotely
• Conduct legal research

Requirements

• Must reside in New York, New Jersey, Delaware, Pennsylvania, or West Virginia
• Minimum of 5 years of legal experience
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree
• Valid Bar license
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in legal research
• Effective time management skills
