Responsibilities

• Handle civil litigation cases, with a focus on class actions
• Apply expertise in civil litigation matters
• Experience in wage and hour law is considered a plus

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in civil litigation
• Experience with class action lawsuits
• Circuit court clerkship experience is a plus (applicants will be asked about this)
