Responsibilities

• Represent clients in personal injury legal proceedings
• Draft legal documents related to cases
• Manage and advise clients on legal transactions
• Handle a high volume of cases efficiently
• Negotiate settlements to achieve favorable outcomes

Requirements

• Active Indiana Bar License in good standing
• Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience, with at least 2 years focused on personal injury law
• Proven ability to manage a high volume of cases
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Strong research and analytical abilities to interpret complex laws and regulations
• Commitment to professional ethics and client confidentiality
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting with self-motivation and discipline
• Experience with plaintiffs' personal injury cases preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $85,000 - $130,000 per year
