Overview

Experienced Insurance Defense Attorneys are being sought to handle a range of insurance defense matters, with strong preference for experience in general liability (premises preferred) and auto litigation. This role is designed to support growth as a Florida-licensed lawyer, with infrastructure to support case handling regardless of location.

Responsibilities

• Initial case handling, including communication with Claims and insureds
• Conduct depositions, oral arguments, and hearings
• Evaluate claims
• Negotiate settlements and manage client reporting
• Plan and prepare for trial, including adherence to all deadlines

Requirements

• Florida-licensed lawyer
• Experience handling a variety of insurance defense matters
• Experience with general liability (premises preferred) and auto litigation
