Responsibilities

• Initial case handling, including communication with Claims and insureds
• Conduct depositions, oral arguments, and hearings
• Evaluate claims
• Negotiate settlements and manage client reporting
• Plan and prepare for trial, including adherence to all applicable deadlines

Requirements

• Florida-licensed lawyer
• Experience handling a variety of insurance defense matters
• Experience with construction defect (required)
