Senior Associate

Overview

Experienced litigation attorney position with a mid-sized regional law firm handling general liability, professional liability, and toxic tort litigation matters. Attorneys may be based in the Maryland office in a full-time remote, hybrid, or onsite capacity.

Responsibilities

• Handle litigation matters from case development through resolution
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Communicate effectively through written and oral advocacy
• Organize case materials with strong attention to detail
• Use office and legal research tools to support case work
• Track billable hours (strongly preferred)

Requirements

• At least 7 years of litigation experience
• Current and active MD Bar membership in good standing
• Superior written and oral communications skills
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and LexisNexis
• Familiarity with Case/File Management systems

Preferred Qualifications

• The ability to track billable hours

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary range for the experienced litigation attorney: $110,000 - $150,000, commensurate upon experience
