Senior Associate

Overview

This position is for an experienced litigation attorney to join the team in the Delaware office. The role is available in a FT remote, hybrid, or onsite capacity.

The organization is a mid-sized, regional firm specializing in general liability, professional liability, and toxic tort litigation matters. Offices are located in PA, NJ, NY, DE, and MD.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation matters across general liability, professional liability, and toxic tort matters
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders through strong written and oral advocacy
• Organize cases and maintain attention to detail in fast-paced work
• Support case/file management using applicable systems
• Track billable hours (strongly preferred)

Requirements

• At least 7 years of litigation experience
• Current and active DE Bar membership in good standing
• Superior written and oral communications skills
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and LexisNexis
• Familiarity with Case/File Management systems
• Ability to track billable hours is strongly preferred

• Experience tracking billable hours

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary range for the experienced litigation attorney: $120,000 - $180,000, commensurate upon experience
