Overview

Experienced Litigation Attorney

This role involves working with a mid-sized, regional law firm handling general liability, professional liability, and toxic tort litigation matters. The firm is seeking experienced attorneys to join the team in the Pittsburg, PA office with options for full-time remote, hybrid, or onsite work.

Responsibilities

• Handle litigation matters from case intake through resolution
• Manage case/file organization and maintain strong attention to detail
• Communicate effectively through written and oral advocacy
• Multitask and manage workload in a fast-paced environment
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools and legal research platforms in day-to-day work
• Track billable hours (strongly preferred)

Requirements

• At least 7 years of litigation experience (experienced role)
• Current and active PA Bar membership in good standing
• Superior written and oral communications skills
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and LexisNexis
• Familiarity with case/file management systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience tracking billable hours

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary range: $110,000 - $150,000, commensurate upon experience
