Senior Associate

Overview

This is a fully remote position with flexible work arrangements, including full-time remote, hybrid, or onsite options.

An experienced litigation attorney is needed for a Senior Associate role supporting a mid-sized regional law firm specializing in general liability, professional liability, and toxic tort litigation. The role manages cases in Maryland and collaborates with colleagues across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation matters in general liability, professional liability, and toxic tort areas
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
• Organize case files and maintain attention to detail
• Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Use Microsoft Office and LexisNexis for legal research and documentation
• Use case and file management systems to track case progress
• Maintain accurate billable hours records

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years litigation experience
• Active and good standing Maryland Bar membership
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and LexisNexis
• Familiarity with case and file management systems
• Strong preference for the ability to track billable hours

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary range of $110,000 to $150,000, commensurate with experience
