Overview

The organization is seeking a Senior Trial Attorney with 10–15 years of experience representing automotive manufacturers and distributors in state and federal courts.

This role focuses primarily on product warranty defense for automotive manufacturers and distributors. Responsibilities include trial-level work and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Represent automotive manufacturers and distributors in state and federal courts
• Handle civil litigation matters, including early courtroom experience
• Serve as trial attorney/counsel in litigation and related proceedings
• Mentor civil litigation attorneys through case development and trial preparation

Requirements

• 10–15 years representing automotive manufacturers and distributors in state and federal courts
• Demonstrated experience in civil litigation mentoring
• Early courtroom experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with product warranty defense for automotive manufacturers and distributors
