Sr Contract Specialist - Work From Home

The organization operates within the healthcare services industry, handling the administrative and contractual needs that support healthcare delivery. This role manages provider contracts, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency to support accurate documentation and regulatory filings.

Responsibilities

• Draft account-specific contract documents, including contract templates
• Review and process non-standard language requests
• Source and review contracts to ensure accuracy for audit, legal, and compliance needs
• Submit Department of Insurance regulatory filings
• Support daily team operations and escalate issues to management
• Serve as a liaison among staff, management, and key stakeholders
• Draft and edit desk-level procedures and workflow documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or four years of relevant work experience requiring independent judgment
• Minimum one year experience drafting standard or customized contracts independently
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and PC applications
• Ability to consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong judgment and problem-resolution skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for cross-departmental interaction and document drafting

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in network management and provider contracting
• Familiarity with SalesForce, Conga, or other contract lifecycle management systems
• Project management or corporate project planning experience

Compensation & Benefits

• Base pay range $55,900.00 - $123,500.00
• Compensation varies based on skills, experience, and location
