Tech Contract Attorney, Part-Time AI Contract Evaluation - Remote (United States)

Overview

This part-time, fully remote role pays the equivalent of $90–$110 per hour, paid per accepted task (independent contractor). The schedule is fully flexible, with no minimum shift.

Work focuses on legal AI testing and evaluation, using your contract judgment to help create realistic contract scenarios, assess AI performance, and document where a model’s reasoning or risk analysis falls short.

Responsibilities

• Run simulated negotiations and redlining exercises involving commercial technology contracts
• Review AI responses to contract scenarios for accuracy, risk analysis, and precision
• Create objective evaluation frameworks and grading criteria for contract performance
• Improve legal review guidelines and determine which contract issues require revision or escalation

Requirements

• At least three years of in-house experience focused on technology transactions
• Hands-on experience negotiating and reviewing commercial technology agreements, such as MSAs, NDAs, ISDAs, or DPAs
• Professional fluency in English
• No experience in AI training work needed (training on the tools will be provided)
