Trademark Attorney (Brand Protection Experience)

Overview

This role supports a global technology and enterprise solutions organization seeking a Senior Trademark & Brand Protection Attorney (Enforcement Lead) to lead global trademark and brand enforcement.

This position offers an experienced trademark attorney the opportunity to take ownership of a high-volume global enforcement program while also supporting broader trademark counseling and portfolio activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead global trademark and brand enforcement activities, including:
  • Trademark watch review and triage
  • Domain name investigations
  • Online infringement monitoring and takedown programs
  • UDRP proceedings
  • Naming clearance
  • Trademark office action responses
  • Adverse trademark proceedings
• Coordinate and manage outside counsel, vendors, and internal stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions
• Oversee enforcement work with strong judgment and independent execution in a high-volume environment

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience
• At least three (3) years of in-house experience with a large technology, software, or IT company
• Substantial experience managing global trademark and brand enforcement programs
• Ability to lead complex, high-volume enforcement work

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience spanning multiple jurisdictions with coordination of outside counsel and vendors

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly rate: $102 to $115 (expected range). Final compensation will be based on qualifications, skillset, and relevant experience, as well as client needs, project requirements, and other considerations permitted by law.
