Overview
This role involves engaging legal professionals to contribute their subject-matter expertise in support of a project focused on training next-generation AI systems. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive legal analysis on various US law topics, offering nuanced insights and guidance.
- Perform in-depth legal research to support project goals and ensure the use of current, accurate information.
- Draft, review, and edit legal content such as memoranda, opinions, contracts, and other relevant documents.
- Assess and provide structured feedback on legal texts for clarity, accuracy, and alignment with best practices.
- Collaborate remotely with multidisciplinary teams to refine deliverables and address complex legal scenarios.
- Contribute to content quality assurance by identifying errors, inconsistencies, or ambiguities in legal materials.
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail to uphold exceptionally high standards in all submissions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Active license to practice law in the United States with strong academic credentials.
- Current or prior experience at a top-tier US law firm, with exposure to diverse practice areas.
