Overview
This role involves engaging US-based legal professionals to contribute their expertise in support of a project aimed at training next-generation AI systems. The position is contractor-based and fully remote, offering an opportunity to apply legal knowledge to help shape how AI models learn and perform. No prior AI experience is required; domain expertise in US law is the primary qualification.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive legal analysis on various US law topics, providing detailed insights and guidance.
- Perform in-depth legal research to ensure the use of current and accurate information.
- Draft, review, and edit legal documents such as memoranda, opinions, contracts, and other relevant materials.
- Assess and provide structured feedback on legal texts for clarity, accuracy, and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate remotely with multidisciplinary teams to refine deliverables and address complex legal issues.
- Contribute to content quality assurance by identifying errors, inconsistencies, or ambiguities in legal materials.
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail to uphold high standards in all submissions.
Requirements
- Active license to practice law in the United States.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Current or prior experience at a top-tier US law firm with exposure to diverse practice areas.
- Proven skills in legal analysis, research, and drafting across multiple legal subjects.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Experience in legal content review.
- Demonstrated success in remote collaboration and working within multidisciplinary teams.

Compensation
- Hourly rate ranging from $140 to $350.
