Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney - REMOTE

Overview

A boutique workers' compensation defense law firm in California is seeking multiple Associates to join their team. This is a 100% remote opportunity, allowing candidates to live anywhere in the United States, provided they are barred in California.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload of workers' compensation defense cases
• Take depositions (experience required)
• Collaborate with a dedicated Paralegal and/or Legal Assistant
• Meet billable hour requirements (180-220 hours per month depending on experience)

Requirements

• Active California bar license in good standing
• Minimum of 1+ year of experience in workers' compensation defense
• Experience taking depositions from start to finish
• Comfortable working in a fully remote environment

Trial experience is preferred for senior-level candidates but not required.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary range: $100,000 - $250,000 per year, based on experience
• Bonuses paid quarterly and annually
