Responsibilities

• Manage domestic and international trademark docketing and deadlines.
• Perform database audits and quality assurance checks.
• Assist with trademark data migration and portfolio onboarding.
• Support multiple client portfolios as business needs evolve.
• Provide administrative and operational support as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of trademark IP docketing experience.
• Strong understanding of the trademark lifecycle and USPTO processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience with legal docketing software and productivity tools.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Reliable remote work setup with high-speed internet.

Location and Hours

• 100% Remote (LATAM or Philippines)
