Responsibilities

• Review, interpret, and draft contracts.
• Conduct thorough analysis of public tenders (editais) ensuring compliance with current legislation and alignment with the organization's interests.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in contracts and public tenders.
• Ability to identify and mitigate contractual risks.
• Up-to-date knowledge of legislation applicable to contracts and public tenders.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
