AI Project Attorney

Overview

A leading organization in the Legal & Accounting sector is seeking an AI Project Attorney to join their team. This role involves delivering impactful outcomes for clients and stakeholders by integrating AI technologies into legal practice. The position offers opportunities for growth, visibility, and cross-functional collaboration.

Location: Remote (U.S. based candidates only; no visa sponsorship available)

Compensation: $145,000 – $225,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Develop generative AI workflows and identify practical use cases within legal practice
• Create educational materials covering AI use cases across various legal practice areas and engagement phases
• Lead projects to expand AI resources and promote their adoption among legal professionals
• Train legal staff on AI tools and conduct workshops on related topics
• Manage the development and engagement of AI practice communities within the firm
• Assist in selecting and implementing legal technology solutions
• Consult with clients on AI and legal technology applications and develop associated marketing materials

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and admission to practice law in a U.S. jurisdiction
• Minimum of three years of experience as an attorney in a law firm or similar environment
• Familiarity with generative AI and experience working with large language models in legal contexts
• Experience developing AI workflows, use cases, and prompts
• Proven ability to drive adoption of legal technology and provide training
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly present complex ideas
• Excellent project management, organizational, and prioritization skills

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience with generative AI tools, large language models (LLMs), and machine learning
• Knowledge of legal technology solutions and document management systems
• Familiarity with AI training platforms, business process management (BPM) tools, and workflow automation
• Competence in data analysis tools, cloud computing platforms, and collaboration tools
• Understanding of AI ethics and compliance frameworks
