Analyst - Legal Operations

Overview

An organization is seeking an Analyst - Legal Operations to work directly with clients to improve Fortune 500 law departments through analysis, strategy, and implementation. This role involves supporting a variety of clients by delivering solutions that impact law departments' budgets and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support, process management, and process improvement solutions to multiple large corporate law departments.
• Design, implement, and utilize metrics and analytical skills to identify, recommend, and implement tactical and strategic improvement opportunities.
• Participate in and support legal operations initiatives as needed.
• Assist the department with broader customer strategic initiatives as required.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a business analyst, business consultant, or in similar finance/operations analytical roles.
• Experience supporting strategic, technology, or operational improvements within an organization.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively on customer initiatives.
• Hardworking, detail-oriented, customer-focused, with a strong desire and initiative to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with or communicating with legal departments and/or law firms.
• Familiarity with leading legal operations systems such as eBilling, contract management, and eSignature.
• Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools.
• Interest in consulting and business analysis.
• Familiarity with artificial intelligence and automation technologies.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range for US nationals: $60,000 to $70,000, based on skills, experience, level, and location.
