Overview

A national law firm is seeking an Asbestos Litigation Senior Counsel to join their virtual office. This fully remote position requires candidates to reside in Florida and hold an active Florida bar license. The role involves working primarily with attorneys in the Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business unit.

Responsibilities

• Manage all stages of asbestos-specific litigation
• Take depositions
• Write legal briefs
• Participate in court appearances
• Collaborate with attorneys across the business unit

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in asbestos litigation
• Active Florida bar license
• Residency in Florida
• Excellent academic credentials
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Exceptional judgment and ability to manage multiple projects
• Effective communication of legal strategies and courses of action
