Associate Attorney

Overview

A professional law firm specializing in commercial civil litigation is seeking a full-time, salaried remote attorney with one to two years of experience. The firm handles a variety of legal matters including commercial and entertainment litigation, trade secret misappropriation, employment litigation, and complex tort claims.

Responsibilities

• Manage active cases throughout all stages of litigation
• Conduct complex law and motion practice and legal research
• Perform discovery tasks and participate in depositions
• Learn and handle all aspects of litigation under supervision
• Collaborate with the legal team and contribute to case strategy

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active membership in good standing with the California Bar
• Previous litigation experience is highly desirable
