Overview

An expanding law firm is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney licensed in Florida to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to build a long-term career within a modern, technology-driven legal practice.

Responsibilities

The attorney will handle a broad range of litigation matters across Florida, including:

• Real Estate and Property Disputes
• Civil Litigation
• Landlord-Tenant Matters
• Family Law Matters
• Select Personal Injury Cases

The firm operates with modern systems, remote workflows, AI-assisted technology, and streamlined case management tools to enable efficient work and focus on results.

Requirements

• Active Florida Bar License
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Litigation experience preferred (1-5+ years ideal)
• Self-motivated and organized
• Comfortable working remotely and independently

Experience with Rocket Matter, Zoom, Adobe, or other modern legal technology is a significant plus.
