Overview

This role supports the Probate Hearings Division Administrative Law Judges (ALJ) and Indian Probate Judges (IPJ) for in-person or virtual hearings.

Enrollees apply the specialized rules of practice of the Department and the OHA in the conduct of hearings, follow processes for case docket management, and utilize a control system to monitor the status of cases.

Enrollment in the Experienced Worker Programs administered by the organization is temporary and governed by an “at-will” relationship. An enrollee may terminate enrollment at any time during the enrollment period, and the organization and the Agency may terminate the relationship with the enrollee.

Please note: an “Enrollee” is not a federal employee, nor an employee of the organization. An enrollee is a participant in a grant program established through a Cooperative Agreement funded by the agency and administered by the organization.
