Attorney Bilingual (French and English )

Overview

A remote contract opportunity is available for a Bilingual Contract Attorney to support product liability class action litigation and mass tort matters. This 12-month contract offers a pay rate of $40 per hour on a W2 basis.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and assess claim-related documentation for accuracy, completeness, and legal relevance
• Draft comprehensive and well-reasoned responses to written inquiries from claimants and legal counsel
• Handle complex telephone inquiries, providing clear and professional guidance
• Collaborate with project directors, managers, and coordinators to ensure alignment with case strategy
• Participate in training sessions and adhere to established workflows and protocols
• Deliver professional, responsive, and accurate client service
• Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school or foreign equivalent
• Active bar license in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• Strong analytical and written communication skills
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic, project-driven environment
• Client-focused mindset with emphasis on service excellence

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior litigation experience
• Experience with class actions and/or mass tort cases
• Exposure to claim evaluation, claimant communications, or case management workflows
