Responsibilities

• Build and manage your own practice with autonomy and direct client access.
• Lead and expand client relationships, delivering measurable legal and business results.
• Handle sophisticated commercial and transactional matters across various practice areas.
• Collaborate with a business-minded team of attorneys and contribute to firm growth and leadership.

Requirements

• Active license to practice law in one of the following jurisdictions: Georgia, Colorado, Texas, Tennessee, Washington D.C., Brazil, or the United Kingdom.
• Good standing with the relevant bar or licensing authority.
• For junior attorneys: ambition, business-minded approach, and desire for mentorship and rapid growth.
• For senior attorneys: proven track record, ability to lead and grow a book of business, and readiness for autonomy in a collaborative environment.
