Attorney - Partner (Remote-first)

Overview

The organization is growing its collaborative international legal practice and is seeking high-calibre senior lawyers to help build and develop their own practices within a supportive international network.

This role supports flexible working arrangements, cross-border collaboration, and a referral culture, alongside practice management, accounts support, marketing support, and office facilities across the organization’s international locations.

Responsibilities

• Run and grow your own practice within a supportive international firm
• Work in a modern, flexible way with autonomy over where, when, and how you work
• Leverage a strong referral culture and participate in cross-border collaboration
• Build your business and be rewarded transparently for the work you do and the business you generate

Requirements

• An active bar license (any state) with no restrictions
• Willingness to operate on a self-employed basis

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years’ post-qualification experience
• Recognized expertise in your field (partners may come from BigLaw, national and international firms, senior in-house roles, and established boutique or independent practices)
• An entrepreneurial mindset with ambition and a growth focus to run and potentially build a team
• A client-centric approach, with an established or developing client following and a commitment to long-term client relationships
• A collaborative approach and willingness to work alongside like-minded colleagues

Recruitment Process

• Introductory video call with a member of the Talent Acquisition team
• First meeting with a member of the senior management team in the relevant jurisdiction
• Second meeting with another member of the management team or with a colleague from a relevant location or practice area
• Background checks
• Onboarding and training on the organization’s systems, including meeting members of the support team (marketing, accounts, and technology)

Meetings may be held virtually or in person, depending on candidate location and availability.
