Attorney - Partner (Remote-first)

Overview

This role is with a growing full-service international law firm that supports independent, values-driven legal practice across jurisdictions.

The opportunity centers on running and growing your own practice within a supportive international platform, with flexible working arrangements and a strong referral culture.

• Run and grow your own practice within a supportive international firm

Requirements

• An active bar license (any state) with no restrictions
• Willingness to operate on a self-employed basis

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years’ post-qualification experience
• Recognized expertise in your field
• Experience as an established sole practitioner, an existing team leader, or a senior professional (e.g., partners coming from leading BigLaw, national and international firms, senior in-house roles, or established boutique/independent practices)
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ambition to run and grow your own practice (individually or with a view to building a team)
• Client-centric approach with an established or developing client following
• Collaborative working style and interest in sharing opportunities within an international community

Recruitment Process

• Introductory video call with a member of the Talent Acquisition team
• First meeting with a member of the senior management team in the relevant jurisdiction
• Second meeting with another member of the management team or with a colleague from a relevant location or practice area
• Background checks
• Onboarding and training on firm systems, including meetings with support teams (marketing, accounts and technology)

Meetings may be held virtually or in person, depending on candidate location & availability.
