Overview

This role supports a legal AI training and evaluation project. The organization is seeking experienced BigLaw Attorneys with strong expertise in legal analysis, research, drafting, and content review.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal analysis across a range of U.S. law topics.
• Perform in-depth legal research and provide accurate, well-supported insights.
• Draft, review, and edit legal documents, memoranda, opinions, and contracts.
• Evaluate legal content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
• Provide structured feedback to improve legal AI outputs.
• Collaborate remotely with multidisciplinary teams.
• Perform quality assurance and identify errors or ambiguities.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Experience at one or more Vault Law 100 firms.
• Legal Analysis
