Overview

A legal services organization is seeking a California licensed attorney fluent in Spanish with at least three years of civil litigation experience. This contract litigation position offers flexible scheduling, allowing for part-time or full-time work remotely from anywhere in the United States. The role involves handling commercial/business litigation, employment law, or personal injury matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage civil litigation cases including written discovery, motion work, depositions, hearings, and trial preparation
• Work independently and collaboratively with a legal team
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in California
• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience
• Fluency in Spanish
• Experience in commercial/business litigation, employment law, or personal injury matters

Compensation & Benefits

• Annualized compensation ranges from $175,000 to $205,000 (full-time equivalent), based on experience, qualifications, and location
• W2 employment status
• Eligibility for full benefits when working 20+ hours per week, including a Qualified 401(k) plan
