Case Manager - Portuguese Speaking

Overview

This role is responsible for ensuring pre-litigation cases move forward quickly and comprehensively. Work centers on the operational flow required to open claims, obtain necessary documentation, and resolve lien issues—so attorneys can proceed with complete, timely information.

Responsibilities

• Open insurance claims and manage communication with carriers
• Request, track, and follow up on medical records and police reports
• Monitor lien and subrogation issues, ensuring timely resolution
• Partner with lead paralegals to prepare cases for demand drafting
• Identify and address operational bottlenecks

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in personal injury (PI) law, legal operations, case management, or claims handling
• Process-driven and detail-oriented
• Effective communication with both clients and attorneys
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Bilingual in Portuguese/English (required)

Compensation & Benefits

• $60,000 – $85,000 annual salary + equity
