Legal Intake Specialist (Philippines)

Overview

Remote position responsible for handling inbound calls related to Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI). The role focuses on professional, empathetic communication and conducting initial client intake.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound SSDI inquiries and conduct initial client intake
• Gather and accurately document caller information
• Assess potential client eligibility based on intake guidelines
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive information

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills with a neutral accent
• Willingness to work from 6:00pm - 2:00am Central Time
• Previous experience in intake, customer service, or call handling preferred
• Familiarity with SSDI is an advantage
• Spanish proficiency is a plus but not required
