Civil Litigation Attorneys

Overview

A national law firm with offices in all 50 states is seeking Civil Litigation Attorneys for its Orange County office. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience, though all experience levels are encouraged to apply. Flexible work options are available, including fully remote and hybrid arrangements.

Applicants must be licensed and admitted to practice in the State of California and/or Nevada.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases in both State and Federal courts nationwide.
• Lead complex electronically stored information (ESI) discovery processes, ensuring defensible and efficient data management.
• Conduct in-depth internet legal research to support novel legal theories.
• Utilize AI-based legal tools to streamline document review, research, and drafting.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of civil litigation experience preferred.
• Strong litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills.
• Excellent research abilities.
• Self-starter capable of handling assignments with minimal supervision.
• Trial experience is preferred but not required.
• Licensed and admitted to practice in California and/or Nevada.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven academic excellence.
• Experience with complex ESI discovery.
• Familiarity with AI legal tools.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary ranging from $100,000 to $275,000 annually, depending on experience and role level:
  • Associates (1-6+ years): $100,000–$165,000
  • Senior Counsel/Of Counsel (5+ years): $140,000–$215,000
  • Partners (7+ years): $190,000–$275,000+
• Compensation is tailored based on experience, skills, practice area, business generation, work arrangement, and geographic market.
